Please note that ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, unless the item is damaged or defective.
Orders are processed in 3-5 days.
- Please email us at email@example.com with your order #, name, and email address (MUST BE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERED DATE).
- When returning an item, original shipping cost is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Please choose footwear carefully; in case you find the item unfit, you may exchange it for another size; however, you will be responsible for the return shipping and a 15% restocking fees will be charged. Upon receipt of your returned item and inspection approving that both the item AND the packaging is in its original condition, we will process a refund.

- In order to streamline the process and to keep a correct inventory, we ask If you'd like to exchange for another size or item, please go ahead and purchase a new item you'd like. Again, refund will be complete once we receive and approve the return item per our guideline above.
ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION
We have implemented a shipping protection service called Route. Route offers you "peace of mind" package protection for all of your orders at an affordable price. The cost to you - to fully protect your package in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen - is calculated based on the subtotal of the order.

Due to our shipments coming from Japan, our inventory fluctuates. Please be aware that we are doing everything we can to control inventory, but some items may not always be in stock or may take time to deliver.
