How to start return process?

Please email us at info@hightidestoredtla.com with your order #, name, and email address (MUST BE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERED DATE)


What items can I return?

-All other items can be returned within 7 days from date of delivery if unopened, original packaging and condition

-Items can be returned at our DTLA location as long as it is within 7 days

 

-NO EXCHANGES, ONLY RETURNS

-If an item is damaged/defective please email us right away and we can process the return


FINAL SALE

-Consumable/stationery items (such as pens, pencils, notebooks) are FINAL SALE!



Shipping Costs

-When returning an item, original shipping cost is NON-REFUNDABLE

-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

-We ship out 1-3 days after the order is placed 

-If you are looking for express shipping, please contact us at     info@hightidestoredtla.com 

-All orders will be processed and shipped out by the next business day.

-Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday.

Inventory Availability

Due to our shipments coming from Japan inventory fluctuates. Please be aware that we are doing everything we can to control inventory but some items may not always be in stock or may take time to deliver.
