- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order #, name, and email address (MUST BE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERED DATE).
- Upon receipt of your returned item and inspection approving its original condition, we will notify you and provide you a refund.
- Items can be returned at our DTLA location as long as it is within 7 days of the purchase date. * Please ship your items (all times during store closure due to COVID-19) to:

- When returning an item, original shipping cost is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- We ship out 1-3 days after the order is placed.

Due to our shipments coming from Japan inventory fluctuates. Please be aware that we are doing everything we can to control inventory but some items may not always be in stock or may take time to deliver.
