- When returning an item, original shipping cost is NON-REFUNDABLE.

- Please choose footwear carefully; in case you find the item unfit, you may exchange it for another size; however, you will be responsible for the return shipping. Upon receipt of your returned item and inspection approving that both the item AND the packaging is in its original condition, we will process a refund or an exchange.
