Fukkoku Glass Tumbler 280N (Hirota Glass)

This is a "Fukkoku" reissued tumbler from the early Showa (1920-30s) era by notable Hirota Glass - the same production style of "hand press" method was used for producing this tumbler. 

This tumbler feels heavy in your hand and has a striking three-dimensional form. The pattern is called "kensaki". This style was well known in the 1940-50's era in Japan. Great for everyday water or tea drinking or even for cocktails.
